For anyone needing a place to stay close to Pensacola Yacht Club, this place is it! A cozy, comfy escape from everything. Just a short drive to downtown shops and restaurants. Nicki is a great host and very responsive.

Overall, we had an amazing time. This home is described well as it was centrally located. The location was ideal for us and our beach activities. The house contains all the necessary items for a fun beach day. Clean, cool, and nice. One suggestion is to update the bed pillows as they were pretty flat and lumpy.

Great location to downtown

The property was in a great location close to downtown and central to many beaches. It was super cute with plenty of options for sitting outside. The host was also very responsive.
