About this property

Sandpoint Mountain Retreat

Description

Located right at the base of Schweitzer Mountain Road, this modern yet cozy cabin is entirely yours to enjoy. Only 10 Minutes to town and 15 minutes to Schweitzer Mountain. 3 King beds and pine lined ceilings welcome 6 guests. Multiple trail heads start nearby and City Beach is less than 10 minutes away. Walking distance to Red Barn Shuttle lot. There is a gas fireplace for those chillier nights, but don't get to cozy as the outdoor opportunities are abundant in this quaint railroad town. 

Other Things to Note:

We are located near an active railroad track, this is something very common in Sandpoint. Please consider when booking if this might bother you during your stay.



Please note that during the winter months we strongly recommend AWD to make it up the driveway. We make every effort to keep it plowed but ice and snow may still accumulate. You can park at the bottom of the driveway and make the short walk up to the cabin.



If more than one dog is present or we are not notified of a pet on your reservation, we reserve the right to charge additional $250 per dog.

Great Stay in the Mountains

We had a wonderful stay at the Mountain Retreat and loved our time in the beautiful Sandpoint area. We spent the week of skiing with easy access to Schweitzer resort and the town when needed. The home was very comfortable with large beds, a well stocked kitchen and beautiful decor.

Well stocked kitchen, very private. The train took some getting used to as it is roght across the street near a crossing so the horn blasts. Bear in area, garbage best kept indoors.
