About this property
Resort style Villa with amazing Pool and Gardens!
Impressive home and property, close to great beaches and excellent restaurants, as well as all the great outdoor activities that Costa Rica is famous for. Very nice ocean views and amazing pool, as well as 2 outdoor jetted tubs, a Tilapia pond and a water fall on the property! Property is complete with large outdoor kitchen, Gazebo, covered and gated garage, gate to property, outdoor shower and bathroom, and numerous other amenities.
Please note:
1. 4WD recommended, or at least an SUV with good clearance as the last hill is unpaved and steep.
2. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house plus an office space that has a sleeper sofa, and 2 bedrooms in the ranchero, which is about 40 meters away and down a steep hill. Starlink internet works well, especially in the main house.
Please note:
