Welcome to our Tiki House.....your perfect escape in Pensacola. Just 15 minutes from the stunning white sands of Pensacola Beach and only 7 minutes from the vibrant heart of downtown, you’ll be close to everything while still feeling worlds away.
Restaurants, grocery stores, breweries, bars, parks, and nightlife are all just a short drive or quick Uber ride from your door.



The Space:
Our home is designed to give you the ultimate vacation experience, whether you're here to relax, explore, or both!
With 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen, you will have all the comforts of home—and then some. There’s even a pool table in the game room and a futon that folds out into a full-size third bed.
Step outside and you’ll find the heart of the fun: a sparkling pool, a hot tub, and your very own outdoor tiki bar complete with a TV and refrigerator. Whether you're sipping a drink by the bar or lounging poolside, you’ll feel like you’re on a tropical getaway.
There are also indoor and outdoor speakers, so you can enjoy your favorite music while swimming, relaxing, or playing one of the many games we provide. There’s plenty of outdoor seating, and best of all—you’ll have the entire space all to yourself.
Each bedroom has its own TV with streaming capabilities, so you can log in to your favorite apps and wind down in comfort. The beds are super comfortable, because we know how important a good night’s sleep is on vacation.
Want to cook? Our kitchen has everything you need, but we also have tons of amazing restaurants nearby. After booking, feel free to ask for our favorite local recommendations!
You’ll also have access to Wi-Fi, a laundry area to help you pack light, and we even provide beach chairs and umbrellas for your trip to Pensacola Beach.
We have poured a lot of love into creating a space that reflects our passion for all things tiki and we think it shows! Our goal is to give you the kind of vacation experience we look for when we travel: comfortable, fun, and full of good vibes.


Guest Access:
Guests will have the home, pool, hot tub and outdoor tiki bar to themselves. Please note that while our pool is open year round, it is not heated.


No Parties or Gatherings- Strictly Enforced:
We understand....our home looks like the perfect place to host a party. But to be clear, we do not allow any parties, events, gatherings, or unregistered guests at any time.
This includes local guests booking for birthdays, celebrations, or casual hangouts with “just a few friends.” It also includes situations where kids invite their friends over. If you plan to have anyone at the property who is not listed on the reservation, regardless of age, please do not book our home.
Our property is meant for quiet, respectful guests looking to enjoy a peaceful stay in beautiful Pensacola. This is our #1 house rule, and it is strictly enforced with no exceptions. Thank you for understanding.


Other Things to Note:
Just a quick note to let you know that there are exterior cameras on the property. These are in place primarily so I can check on the pool once a day and keep an eye on the property in between guests. Feel free to reach out with any questions about this.
