We had a really enjoyable three-week stay at this villa in Davenport. It’s a great size and gave us plenty of space for our holiday. The bedrooms were comfortable, with double rooms having their own en-suites, and the air conditioning worked really well. The games room was a real highlight and kept us entertained, and having a laundry room was really useful for a three-week stay.The kitchen was well equipped overall, and the villa had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The clubhouse was also a great bonus, with lots going on and plenty to do.The location was really handy for the parks — around 20 minutes to Disney and about 40 minutes to Universal on a good traffic day. We also really enjoyed Apopka Wildlife Drive and Wekiwa Springs, which were both great places to see alligators in their natural surroundings.There were a few things that let the villa down, though. The pool light wasn’t working and there were no pool loungers, which was disappointing. The outdoor chair cushions were mouldy, and there were marks on some of the walls both inside and outside the villa.There were also a few smaller issues, such as a toaster that didn’t toast properly and it would have been useful to have instruction manuals for the oven and other appliances.We were disappointed to find that one of the photos in the listing wasn’t actually of the property. These did not detract from our enjoyment too much. Overall, we had a good stay and with a few improvements it could be fabulous!

Annual Florida vacay

Beautiful property. Spacious, clean welcoming home. Beautiful pool, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Beds and pillows comfortable. Nice recreation area in garage. Bonus resort pool complete with large pools, lazy river and plenty of area for relaxing. Great refresment area with good food options. Truly enjoyed our 2nd stay in the Solterra resort.
