The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped, eliminating the added hassle of cooking on vacation. Prepare meals effortlessly and dine at the spacious table for eight, complemented by four kitchen counter stools. For families with little ones, a child`s highchair is available.

Stay comfortable with central heating and air conditioning, and take advantage of the washer, dryer, ceiling fans, and floor fans for added convenience.

Outdoors, indulge in the saltwater pool and spa, perfect for relaxation. Please note that pool heating is available for an additional fee. PARKING:
► Parking is reserved for a maximum of 7 vehicles. There is 1 parking space reserved in the garage for guests, and an additional 6 available in the driveway.
► Please note there is absolutely NO parking allowed on the street, this is strictly enforced by HOA and will result in a fine that will be passed on to the guests.

This home is professionally managed. We are a friendly team of folks who look after this beautiful property while the owners are away. We ask you to keep in mind, this is a private home which the owner retreats to. We simply ask that you respect & take care of the property as if it were your own. Let that love flow.

**We are available to you for standard check in times should you require any assistance from 4pm - 6pm. For after these hours we may be available for emergencies only and only then via the booking platform message app. We apologize if this causes any issues, but please consider this ahead of booking. Likewise, please advise us before traveling, on your estimated time of arrival so we can accommodate if possible.

This home is the perfect springboard for your Coachella Valley adventures. Golf enthusiasts will find a variety of nearby golf clubs including Big Rock Golf Course at Indian Springs, located just 7 minutes away. If you’re in town for the festivals, you won’t find a better location--Coachella and Stagecoach are just a 8-minute drive away. You’re close to fantastic dining options! Cruise a few miles and spend a fun day meandering through shops and art galleries in Palm Desert, or explore the stunning desert landscape on nature trails in the surrounding area.

Depending on your itinerary while in town, you can either rent a car or many guests rely on Uber and Lyft which are always available within minutes.

Montage is a STR neighborhood, so the weekends are pretty lively with neighboring homes enjoying themselves. There are however very strict noise ordinances in place past 10PM.

QUIET HOURS: This is part of an HOA community so please be mindful and courteous of noise levels. Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. During that time frame please keep noise to a minimum. Any fines due to noise complaints will be passed on to guest.

It can be very windy in the area, outdoor umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If outdoor umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee.

The pool is not very deep and is not meant for diving. Please, watch your children closely in the pool, and swim at your own risk. Never let children unattended in the pool area.

Cleaning supplies can be in places that are easily accessed by children. Please take caution.

Pool Heating and Spa (if applicable to this property):
*Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay: $150 for the first day then $100/day thereafter. Please inquire about extra fees if booking long (28+ night) stays;
*Pool heating when hired is limited to 84F;
*Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally;
*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
*Spa/Jacuzzi when available, its heating is included and initiated on-demand by the guest onsite.
*Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.

The pool can get dirty very quickly at times due to desert weather (especially in the months of March and April). We`ll do our best to get the pool company out there as soon as possible. This home is in the Desert and with that comes unexpected and quick shifting weather with wind storms happening often. Please understand and expect to see possible debris in the yard and pool at times. If that becomes an issue, please contact us and we`ll try to get our vendors out to the property for maintenance as soon as they are available.

-This is a pet-friendly spot. If you are allergic or don`t like pets, this might not be a good fit!

PET POLICY:
-One adult dog up to 30lbs allowed. Cats are not allowed anytime.
-Dog must be house and potty trained and cannot be left alone or on furniture.
-Pet fee is required and non refundable
-Guest assumes full responsibility for all and any damage caused by the pet during the stay. Pet fee is not meant to cover accidents to carpets and/or furniture, nor picking up after your dog or excessive fur cleaning; pet owner will be held responsible for all and any damages.
-Please do not let your dog go in the pool to avoid additional charges.
-If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation canceled immediately.

PET ETIQUETTE:
-Control their barking - if you have a loud dog, please never leave it in the home alone.
-Don’t let them treat everything like a fire hydrant (inside and outside the home).
-Play is fun, but silence is golden - be respectful of the neighbors.
-Keep them on leash while outside the home.
-Always pick up after your dog.
-Wash those paws and minimize bringing messes inside the home.
