This spacious, recently remodeled home spans two stories and has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, both with comfortable queen beds and plenty of clothing storage options. The one bedroom has a private office attached to it, perfect for guests needing some extra privacy while they work from the home. The second bedroom has a dedicated workspace, private from the rest of the house. There is also a full bathroom, stocked with complimentary toiletries and essentials. The living/dining room is bright and modern with an HDTV, cozy couch, and dining table. The downstairs kitchen is fully equipped to prepare meals and features a coffee corner with complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, etc. You can also find one of the back entrances to the home that opens to a patio with outdoor seating, as well as stairs to access the upper level.

On the second floor, you will find two additional bedrooms, both with cozy queen beds and ample clothing storage space. There is also a second full bathroom with additional toiletries and essentials. The living room is cozy and modern, and features an HDTV, comfortable seating, and lots of natural light! There is a separate dining room with a dining table for four people that can also be used as a dedicated workspace. Similar to the downstairs kitchen, the upper-level kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, and has its own coffee bar with complimentary coffee, tea, and sugar.

Guests can enjoy the two decks, both with seating, and the firepit on the patio. There’s also a spacious backyard and incredible views of the Hudson River from the back of the property.

Self-check-in at 4pm. The suite is accessible with a keypad. I have prepared a Guidebook with recommendations to nearby attractions, instructions, suite rules, and other important details for guests. Free parking is available at the property.

While we do not have baby equipment onsite, we are able to arrange for it to be rented to our guests for a fee. Please contact the host to learn more.

Water Street (one block behind the property) is the primary road that takes you to Newburgh’s waterfront for premier dining. At certain times traffic noise may be heard. It’s not intrusive, but may be noticeable depending upon the time of day. If you are an extra light sleeper, complimentary earplugs are available in the bathroom.
