With a brand new Cool-deck composite deck swimming platform on one side and a new pool and hot tub on the other, this almost 4000-square-foot home is an ideal Hot Springs retreat for up to 14+ guests. Multiple indoor and outdoor living areas ensure there’s room for everyone. You won’t need to leave.

Spend your time swimming, boating, or just relaxing. Plan an excursion for hiking, at local bathhouses for a spa day, golfing, or in downtown Hot Springs less than 10 miles away.

Pool will be scheduled to open from mid-March through the end of October barring atypical weather extremes. Pool may be heated for additional fee in the spring and fall if temperatures allow. Costs are $150 for 1-3 days, $250 for 3-5 days. If you choose to heat the pool we will turn the heater on prior to your arrival of the day you check in and turn the heater off around bedtime the last night of your stay.

***Consistent Heating****: Once requested, the pool must be heated throughout the entire stay. The heater will be set at 85 degrees and will run continuously unless the temperature reaches 85 degrees. Our pool heater is an electric heat pump and will not work with maximum efficiency unless the air temperatures are *****60 DEGREES or more*** so forecasted temperatures should be considered. We would highly recommend that you look at the forecast for your stay and decide if you would like to heat the pool close to the time of your stay.

You’ll never want to leave after being spoiled by all the amazing amenities offered at this property. Bring your boat and cruise the waters of Lake Hamilton and tie it to the available boat dock before retreating inside to grab lunch.

Gourmet appliances including Viking gas range with pot filler and freestanding ice-maker are at your disposal in the fully equipped kitchen and adjacent laundry room. Conversely both gas and charcoal outdoor grills are available to satisfy the most discerning chef. Multiple dining options exist - gather around the custom 12 person dining table, breakfast bar, eat in the screened porch so you can admire the lake views, or take advantage of the outdoor table offering the perfect spot for an al fresco dining experience as you watch the sun set.

Kick back in the comfortable, roomy living room and watch the big game on the 65” QLED flat-screen. The kids room has a new 85” flat screen TV for them to enjoy.
When you’ve had your fill of the pool, swim platform with steps into the lake, boating, kayaking/paddle boarding, take refuge in one of the 5 private, expansive bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. Wake up refreshed and ready for an exciting day on the water or exploring Hot Springs.

Each bedroom offers a lake view, satellite HD TV, ceiling fan and suitcase caddy. Perhaps as importantly, whether you’re up late or sleep late - no bedroom shares a wall with another or with the living area for unparalleled privacy. Four of the bedrooms are suites.

THE LOCATION
With the home right on the end of a private peninsula, your days will be filled with swimming, sunbathing and boating on Lake Hamilton. Paddle boards and kayaks included. Please note that the lift at the boat slip is off-limits to guests. However, you're welcome to tie up your boat to the sides of the dock for easy access during your stay.

Plan a spa day at one of the local bathhouses for optimal relaxation. Once you’re completely rejuvenated, have dinner and go gambling! Oaklawn Racing & Gaming offers a casino and horse races including the Arkansas Derby, Spa Running Festival, the Rollercoaster 10K, or the Beer and Bagel Race.

Hot Springs has a reputation of being 'The Las Vegas before Las Vegas' as it’s a haven for gambling and underground moonshine production. Plan a visit to the Gangster Museum of America and The Hot Springs Baseball Trail to learn the history and retrace steps of renowned figures such as Al Capone and Babe Ruth.

Other attractions include off-road bike races at Cedar Glades Park, Magic Springs, Crystal Falls Water Park, Mid-America Science Museum and Garvan Woodland Gardens.
