I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and while my overall experience was positive, there are a few key areas that hold it back from being a top-tier option.**Location:** This is the hotel's standout feature. Situated in a prime area, it's close to major attractions, shops, and local taxis. The private beach is just across the road and Puerto Seco beach club just a little further away.**Staff:** The team here is fantastic. From check-in to check-out, every interaction with the staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. They made sure my stay was as smooth as possible, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. Their positive attitude and commitment to service truly elevate the experience.

This property is not as advertised. The exterior is damaged and dirty. There was a broken window in our unit and what looks like mold on the upper part of the walls. There were ants in the kitchen. We had no hot water for the three-night stay, despite mgmt saying they fixed the problem. The WiFi never worked and the TV connection worked briefly. The unit had a chemical smell. The “private beach” is across a busy road. The only good things I can say are that the AC worked really well and the beds were clean. The property manager was polite and tried to be helpful but we definitely did not get our money’s worth. Buyer beware.
