Back in Time in Young Arizona
This property was listed as a 5 bedroom, where in fact it was 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms in the main house and in the bunkhouse was 2 areas with 2 bunkbeds each (sleeping for 8 with one very tiny bathroom) with a bathroom in between. No wall/doors between the areas. An okay set up for a few kids but NOT 8. No pillowcases in the bunkhouse. There were vines coming up the floor in the back part of the bunkhouse, a large hole in the ceiling in the bathroom. The window frames were rotted out.
The main house has a MICE problem. Mice ate through a triple wrapped zucchini bread that was left on the counter the first night. Mouse droppings everywhere. Every night cleaned the kitchen and counters to awake the next morning to find mice droppings.
Griddle needed a deep cleaning, which we did, so it was ready for the next bunch.
Grass/yard needed mowed and weeds pulled around the bunkhouse.
Should have enough plates and silverware to support the number of people it is advertised to sleep (15) Only 8 forks, and 10 plates. There was some plasticware (in the panty) which was overrun with mice. Anything used needed to be washed prior to use.
The rooms in the main house were large enough to have a king bed in all 3 rooms.
The patios were great. A couple cornhole games were there which were great. The firepit was nice. Very quiet. Would be a great place if they get the mouse situation under control (sealing holes/open spots) around the doors and properly maintain the yard/weeds.

We have 2 rentals that can combine. Our Special guest did not read the description and booked the house. Her very small group grew just before check in and she demanded the 2nd area (bunkhouse) so everyone had their own room, Which wasn't prepared for her.
She had been camping prior to her check in and walla!! our first and only mouse we've had. Upon hearing it we quickly swooped him out of there and put him back where he came from,(her dufflebag). We felt sorry for him but he just couldn't stay. May they continue to enrich each others lives. Hopefully, neither one comes back.
