Good stay at a reasonable price

Clean place in a beautiful environment. Wish we had had better weather for more exploring. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the mini golf right outside our door! Host was helpful.

Super cute and cozy

We stayed in this cute place so we could be closer to my daughters wedding venue it was super cute and relaxing we loved the deco it has such a homie feel which was just what we needed to relax and unwind after all the hustle of wedding set up

Hospitality wins the day!

I love staying in an individually managed VRBO! Our hosts were so helpful (leaving a porch light on for our late arrival) and generous (leaving eggs and fresh corn in the fridge). The space has many homey touches and lots of charm. The bathroom is pretty small and the lighting is a little harsh. The outdoor space is AMAZING...although you can hear every car that goes past on the road at night. With all the outdoor space, it's a great opportunity to get off the grid and enjoy nature!

Decent Rustic Option near Kenyon College

Stayed here for Kenyon graduation - this is a converted stable that has been updated in a rustic style - also a duplex (we stayed on left side of looking at it from the road). Overall very spacious with three bedrooms and big open living space with vaulted ceilings. Decent option with some caveats.Pros: - big with lots of bedrooms and beds- great price per night - very economical!- has corn hole and an old mini golf course that we had fun trying to play (not really for actual use any more)- only 12 min drive to Kenyon athletic complexCons:-very dim lighting throughout-never was able to get WiFi or tv (host tried to help but no luck and internet company couldn’t fix it during our stay)-one small bathroom was ok for us because only three of us stayed there but for a bigger group, this would be tough-on a busy road and you can hear the trucks going by all night- no generator! The water runs on a pump and we lost power on our second night due to a bad storm. Woke up with no water or working toilet. Host was very responsive when called in the early morning but unfortunately there was no suitable option for us to stay and we just ended up leaving early.
