We are Centrally located just minutes from Kenyon College, and Mount Vernon Nazarene University.We are just a short drive to Granville, Amish Country and Mohican State Park. Our welcoming, open floor plan, is fully equipped with a kitchen, family room, and two bedrooms. with two full bathrooms. Enjoy your beautiful home whether you are reclining watching your 65" Smart TV, or relaxing watching your Starfire Glass fireplace. This is one of the nicest VRBO rentals we have stayed in! Everything felt clean and fresh from the moment we walked in. First impressions are everything! After that first impression, we were pleased with the decor, comfortable furniture and spacious rooms. We will absolutely want to stay here again the next time we return to Mount Vernon!

This property was quite pleasant and quiet . We stayed for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay . The house was beautiful and clean . I wish the kitchen would have been better stocked for a cook , as I love to cook for my family . All and all I absolutely enjoyed the house .

A fine house that has been fully upgraded.Doesn’t look great from the outside. But the inside is very charming. The kitchen cupboards could use handles to help open them more easily

Overall, this house is beautiful and actually larger than the photos appear. There are nice upgrades and touches throughout the home. We consider this an excellent stay but there are a couple things that we think definitely need to be addressed. The transom openings in the master bedroom/ master bathroom are a bummer. The opening creates light and noise for anyone trying to sleep earlier than the others in the living room and is a privacy issue. The bathroom... well, I'm sure you can imagine that smell can be an issue for anyone using the bathroom while your partner is using the bathroom. It was gross frankly. The kitchen cabinets are very slick and hard to open without pulls or handles... especially the bottom ones. Our last feedback was the AC unit mounted right outside the master bedroom... it vibrates ALOT and is loud. That could use some attention. Again, really nice home overall!
