We were in town for Volleyball Nationals and chose this resort based on a recommendation from our team—it absolutely lived up to expectations. The unit was exceptionally spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering all the comforts of home while we were away. The pool area was great!!! The owner was highly responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. Thank you for a fantastic experience—we will definitely be returning!

Spacious condo in a great location.

We went to Orlando as a family to visit the theme parks. The location was perfect, convenient located 15 minutes or so from Disney, universal, etc. and about 8 minutes from Sea World. The place was clean and comfortable! We will be back

Wonderful Choice

The property is beautiful and we liked the location. The only negative is the pool was under construction. There's another one about a half mile walk away. Also, it's hard to find a parking space if you come back to the condo after 9 pm. I'm sure we were there at a busy time though. The condo itself is very clean and has a lot of room.

Beautiful Accommodations

The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. My only criticism is the mattresses. They are old box spring mattresses and need to be replaced. People sleeping in each of the bedrooms complained about them being squeaky and uncomfortable.

Big and Beautiful

We stayed for 7 nights and there were 5 adults. The beds were extremely comfortable and the applianaces were top-notch. The couches, the big balcony (with a view) added to the wonderful stay. We visited all themed parks and were happy to come home to this beautiful and relaxing apartment. We were able to take in the pool and that only added to the overall experience. If we ever were back in Orlando we would certainly try to rent this place again.

Great spacious and clean condo!

This is our second trip to Vista Cay with my daughter’s dance studio for the Dance Awards nationals. We decided to book through a private rental this stay and it was great! Very spacious, clean and it had all the items we needed to cook and prepare food. Beds were comfy (pillows a bit hard for our taste) and having all of the space here was key! The owners were attentive and prompt with replies to all questions. Highly recommend!!

Competition Trip

Excellent property and amenities. Perfect location and very clean. The only thing I would suggest is that they supply more than 1 trash bag. No problem buying a box but for 3 bedrms and two bathrooms 1 trash bag is not realistic. We left a box for the next guest. Hopefully we are able to stay here again next year

Perfect Location

Perfect location for our daughters basketball tournament at the convention center! All parks easy to get to from this location. Publix store very close as well. Very clean/spacious condo with an awesome lake view off the back porch. Every morning we enjoyed having our coffee out there. And bonus- fireworks visible at night. Just a five minute walk to the pool was also nice! There were many appliances/utensils/plates/cups/glasses/mugs/bowls etc. available to use. Would pick this condo to stay at again!

Big and Beautiful

We stayed in this apartment for 7 days- 5 adults. There was plenty of room and the big balcony was wonderful at the end of the day. We also got to enjoy the pool and the facilities-all were excellent. But definitely the most outstanding part was the apartment. Very spacious and had everything we needed (included very comfortable beds for all of us-we all had a good nights sleep.) The couches and furniture were also comfortable and the appliances were top-notched. If we were ever in Orlando again I would certainly attempt to book this place!!!!

Excellent Property

Outstanding unit to stay in. I have stayed in several Vista Cay units and this is the nicest, cleanest unit I have stayed in. Consideration of your needs including shampoo and soap, not found in many vista cay units. The only thing lacking was towels. There were 6 of us, but only 3 towels for the pool area. Oh well, we used other towels. I would definitely stay at this unit again!

Small, but clean.

Great location. Fairly clean, but could use some updates. Larger, more comfortable bed would help, although not sure there is room in the tiny bedroom. Dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes very well, so we hand washed first. A vacuum would be nice so sand that gets tracked in from the beach could be cleaned. Didn’t interact with manager after we checked in because we didn’t need anything. Enjoyed our stay.

Best Rental by far!!!

We travel often for business and stay at many Airbnb/Vrbo properties. This 3 bedroom 2 bath unit was gorgeous and by far our favorite. Super clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen stocked with dishes and cooking supplies so we were able to make many meals. The beds were extremely comfortable. It is on the second floor but there is an elevator so it was no issue. There is a large balcony that is private which made for a super relaxing evening with a glass of wine. It is right across the street from the convention center which was huge for us being as we were staying here to exhibit at the trade show that was there. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again.

Spring Break

Great location, amenities as described, larger than we thought it would be. Great to be able to spread out. Master bed needs to replaced as it’s very squeaky and not comfortable, this walls as could hear the neighbors upstairs walking and running. The stove is electric and could not read any settings on cook top. Made it difficult to cook.

Lovely place

We had a wonderful experience staying in this condo. It was beautiful, homey, clean, and quiet. The location was perfect for us. It truly was a vacation. Thank you! The pool was lovely also. The only problem we had was our coffee pot not working.. which is a problem. The staff was going to replace it the next day but it would be after morning coffee (which was Day 2 of no coffee pot). They never did bring us a new one. Thankfully, Walmart has cheap $10 ones.
