Come enjoy our wonderful creekside cabin which sits on 4.5 acres and is within 2 miles of Ricketts Glen State Park.

This small, newly updated, cabin is surrounded by Mountain View’s, open air, and creekside perfection! It’s a great space for 4 people to get away and enjoy nature.

The cabin has all modern amenities - wifi, air conditioning, DISH TV, fully stocked kitchen (utensils, place settings, glasses, cooking utensils, pots/pans), outdoor fire pit, large screened in porch, hammock, wifi (starting 2/20) and gas grill. There is 1 bedroom downstairs (Queen) and 1 enclosed loft bedroom upstairs (1 Queen and 1 Twin). The living area is open with vaulted living/dining area ceilings and a full bath and kitchen.

Enjoy the many nature loving locations nearby –
- Ricketts Glen (2 min), State Gamelands #13 (10 min), Worlds End (30 min) – for hiking
- Frances Slocum (20 min) – swim in the pool and go boating
- Moon Lake (20 min) – go fishing and biking. Ricketts Glen Falls Trail Update: On SATURDAY 3/21/26 the lower portion of the Falls Trail was opened to regular hiking for the year. It will be open from PA Route 118 up to Waters Meet. A total of 3 waterfalls are visible on this section, 4 if you include Adams Falls just south of 118. The upper loop of the Falls Trail system (everything above Waters Meet) will remain closed for another couple of weeks while ice continues to melt and staff can gain access to clear out more heavily iced areas. To access the upper portion of the trail system ice hikers still need to sign in with the park office and have the required minimum safety equipment of: Crampons (not micro-spikes), an ice axe, and rope for every individual entering. This message will be updated again as soon as the status of the upper portion of the trail changes.

The cabin was adorable and the perfect amount of cozy space for our stay. It was very tidy and clean. Beautifully decorated! Jessica was sweet to check in during our stay and had provided all of the info we needed before arrival. Loved the outdoor space and firepit! The screened porch was an unexpected bonus, and the location was perfect for our hiking plans and a bit of antiquing. We would love to stay again!

Property was clean, furnished well and had the feeling of home. Was all we needed and kept 3 people with a nice sized cabin which kept us from triping over each other in a normal sized motel room. Only issue was very difficult to find driveway as extremy small address sign hard ti see at end of driveway

The house was very clean and comfortable. Very close to the park for some good hiking. Ice cream after our hike and then playing in the creek in the backyard, sitting in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the peacefulness of nature, and playing board games in the screened in porch. Great place to unwind and relax!

The cabin was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. We had everything we needed to make meals and coffee. We appreciated the host’s quick and clear communication. The cabin is well situated close to Ricketts Glen State Park and places to eat. We enjoyed hiking the falls trail and relaxing afterwards on the screened in porch with the sounds of the creek and birds in the background.

We loved our weekend here. Perfect for 2 couples to enjoy time together. Close to the state game lands for our husbands and stuff to do for us wives. Jessica answered questions for us and things were perfect when we got there. Warning though, really hard to find the driveway at night. The sign is little. And then with falls leaves it was even harder. Private and beautiful. Where toilet paper and paper towels were available, bring some. I had to get more. There was a fulll roll and a few partials. And there were no tissues which is fine, just bring if you dont want to use toilet paper. We would totally stay again!

Our second visit so that says something . This is a perfect cabin for hiking and Ricketts Glen. Not fancy but well maintained. Kitchen and grounds (fire pit) are spot on. Outside well maintained. Excellent communication with owner. Easy parking . Would recommend .Family restaurants and good supermarket nearby.

Pulled up to the cabin and was instantly blown away by how spacious it is - the photos don’t do it justice. Property was super clean and a great deal. My wife and I were the only two there, but had plenty of space to hold a whole family. The screened in porch area was perfect for enjoying the outside without worrying about getting eaten up by bugs. All amenities you could need were there. And Jess was fantastic about messaging shortly after booking and throughout the check-in and out processes. Absolutely love this property - probably our favorite we’ve been to. Would definitely stay again!
