Relax by yourself or with the family at this peaceful place to stay. The night skies are amazing. If your coming up to fish, the Lake and river are close by and you can park your boat on the gated property. The owners live on the property, but are not on top of you. Overlook the town of Oroville with a beautiful view and the Buttes. Minutes from Oroville Hospital and the Gold Country Casino Resort. Several hiking trails nearby.

Love the feel of country living and the quietness of being away from the city noise as well as the view from the property. Charlie the dog was so well mannered and friendly.

Tranquil

A simple, tranquil getaway that was much appreciated while spending time in town with family. The owners were very communicative and brought us extra supplies when needed. The deck was lovely with beautiful views of the valley. Perfect for 3 adults and a child. Charlie was the star of the show!

It was perfect for our needs. Very nice views. The gate was a little tough to wrangle, but we managed. The kitchen was well equipped. We had everything we needed.

Great location

Enjoyed my almost 2 week stay. Home was well equipped and very clean. Worked during the day and was at Lake Oroville in the afternoons and evenings. Convenient location to lake, hiking and shopping. Views of sunrise and sunsets were beautiful! Loved my daily visits from Charlie, dog. He was so sweet and added to the home away from home! Looking forward to my next visit.

Great place with a fantastic view

This place was perfect for our needs. The house was clean and comfortable on every level and anything we could possibly need was already provided! The view was great, we loved to drink our coffee and watch the sun rise and moon set on the back porch. Charlie, the dog, was so sweet, we loved his visits, my kids wished they could keep him! The hosts were very quick to respond whenever I reached out to them. I cannot recommend this place enough and we wi definitely stay here again whenever we are back in the area. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Came for fishing

My husband and friends went for a fishing trip! Said it was clean, easy to access, and perfect for keeping the boat! The homeowners were very responsive and even came to help with the tv upon arrival. They’re staying again in a few weeks, and are really looking forward to it!

This place was perfect for us!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house has been recently updated and is very welcoming, clean and comfortable! Everything we needed was there and if anything came up, I just texted the caretaker and he was available right away. The property has an incredible view as well!! We had no issues with the gate at the front of the property. This was the perfect place for us, we even added an extra night!! Thank you Kathy, Logan and Ezzy!! 💐Eric & Cindy

Beautiful View

We came down last minute from Seattle to say goodbye to our family member who has been given a short time to live. While we disnt get tobspend much time at the property, the short time we did, it brought us so much peace. The view and setting is so beautiful! I wish we could have brought my uncle up there to see the view of the place hes called home all 61 years of his life. Host had great communication with my frazzled self. This is close enough to town, the dam, the river. We will be back on all our future visits to Oroville. The kitchen looked to be well equiped, we didn't use anything as we were visiting family the whole time. Living room comfortable. Bedrooms spacious. Thank you for bringing peace to us in a difficult time.
