During certain seasons, the gentle sound of frogs outside creates a peaceful and serene atmosphere. I’ve decorated the home with natural elements inspired by the area—from driftwood and frogs to deer—celebrating the wildlife and landscape that make Oroville so special. The house has a fun lake-life feel with a touch of retro charm.

I love creating beautiful, welcoming spaces where people can gather, relax, and make lasting memories. The energy in this home feels warm and inviting because, quite simply, love lives here.

What makes this property unique

Our beautiful lake house combines comfort, style, and a peaceful sense of privacy. It features comfortable beds, flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, a Ninja coffee maker, and thoughtfully chosen décor throughout the home and property.

There are two spacious outdoor seating areas: one in front of the house and a large patio just off the kitchen, complete with a Weber barbecue. Surrounded by trees that provide privacy while allowing in plenty of natural light, the property feels like your own private getaway—a wonderful place to relax, gather, and enjoy the beauty of Oroville.
