Its retro feel and seclusion are in contrast to to high energy city it is so close to. Totally remodeled inside and out. Automatic Gate, security camera system, new paved covered parking, The new interiors feature barn doors, new flooring, new stainless appliances, granite counters. The couch turns into a queen bed for your guests.

I am a native of Las Vegas. I bought this building in 1979 and have totally redone it recently. It is all new and beautifully done to create a homey peaceful home away from home. Only 5 small units so not many other residents. Very private and quiet.

Old Vegas… large lots, big trees and space. You feel like your in the sticks 5 minutes but your from Fremont Street and the fabulous Las Vegas Strip.
What makes this property unique
I have owned this 5 unit building since 1979. It is a special place for me and my residents feel it when they stay with me. Tranquil, quiet, peaceful… it does not disappoint.
