Enjoy peaceful mornings, endless activities and a beautiful view at Cypress Island in Pelican Landing. The spacious and updated condo provides everything you need for carefree living. The kitchen is fully equipped and has updated cabinets and granite countertops. There are 3 bedrooms on the main level and a loft that provides additional sleeping as well as a space to just relax. There are tv's in each bedroom as well as the loft. Cypress Island has a beautiful pool and hot tub or take the water shuttle to Pelican Landing's private island where chairs and umbrellas are already set up for you. Pelican Landing also offers a fitness center, tennis, pickle ball, kayaking and sailing. Book your winter getaway with us and be well taken care of during your stay!

Non-Smoking, No Pets, 30 day minimum rental. Pelican Landing requires $250 in application fees and a background check. Rent money will be refunded if application not approved but not application fees. These fees are not included in nightly price. January through April rent as one lease.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
