Frustrations in Paradise

It feels like you are in prison because the host was super controlling. Only they have access to who can enter or leave the gated community, and we don’t have access to that even after booking the place. They’re demanding, and be prepared for an overpriced utility bill that can be almost as high as the rent.

Canyon lake is a gated community and the owner was so cooperative to call in the guest almost daily. The host offered the guest to sign a one month lease so they can call in their guests freely but they preferred to be under their temp hosting insurance. Utilities in summer are high when they keep the two 5 Ton AC working day and night, and guest to pay their own utilities per their submitted bills when they stay 30 days or more.
