Made for Memories! Big Cottage for 10 ppl | IC81

Three bedrooms and two baths await up to ten guests in this great Put-in-Bay vacation home. Through the coded door lock, guests enter past a provided washer and dryer. The eat-in kitchen is the first room one encounters upon entry. Here, guests will find all of the items needed to both prepare and serve a delicious meal. This is a tremendous way to save some money during your Lake Erie excursion. The kitchen and bathroom areas have ceramic tile floors for easy clean-up. Just past the kitchen is the living area. A television with satellite service is provided, as well as a comfortable seating area. There are three sliding glass doors, two in front and one in back that provide excellent natural light for this unit. They also provide an exit onto one of two wooden decks. The rear deck is surrounded by a small wooded area for added privacy. The front deck is elevated and is an excellent vantage point to check out the scene. A propane grill is also provided.Put-in-Bay is the place to stay and getaway. The Island Club is here for your group every step of the way. We strive to ensure our guests have an outstanding time during their trip to the Lake Erie Islands. We highly recommend booking your trip early as many dates sell out.
The weekends at Put in Bay Ohio are popular for the nightlife and getting away from the daily work grind without going too far from home. During the week, you can relax and enjoy Put-In-Bay's slower pace in a family friendly atmosphere. With Island Club Rentals, you can visit Put-in-Bay and enjoy your own home and you can even rent a golf cart onsite to get around. Fishing Stay

It was a adequate place to stay during our recent fishing trip. It had all the necessary items we needed and was clean; however, the outside water faucet wasn’t working. Not a big deal as we had a work around, but otherwise not a bad place to stay.

The showers were very clean and the golf cart was waiting for us when we arrived just like we ordered. Our refrigerator was the only issue as it did not stay very cold at times for our food. Otherwise, this is a clean, fun location that can't be beat!

Dirty and Reeked of Marijuana

This place was disgusting. It was as though it had not been cleaned after the last guest. We walked in and were immediately greeted with an overwhelming stench from marijuana. The floors with filthy, there was a load of wet towels in the washer, one of the living chairs was nearly rotted away…could go on and on. Will never stay again.

Having a house to fit all of us was great. Price was right, loved the extra night for free. The only down side,thought we had wifi but didn't except at the pool.The floors/carpet need cleaned,(our feet/socks got extremely dirty walking without shoes)other than that we didn't have any issues with the house. Maybe put some freshener around.Not a major issue for us, the drawers in the refrigerator were broken.

Staff was courteous and prompt New couches Pretty well stocked Can accommodate many people, spacious Cons: BUGS EVERYWHEREWe had a pretty big ant problem in the kitchen that staff tried to resolve but couldn't without really digging into the wall (they said they would after our check out) Under the hood above the stove top was infested with cobwebs and dead Mosquitos etc. if not cleaned, these bugs would surely fall into your food. Staff came and cleaned after we called and notified them. Our unit had crumbs, wristbands, dead bugs, hairs etc in corners and on the windowsills behind the blinds. It was cleaned before our arrival, just not thoroughly. It is a great place, I just expected more for the price. They just need to clean and inspect better, and replace old run down furniture (tables, broken chair). I would recommend this place as long as you're assured it's clean with furniture that's not rundown. College kids will love this place. Older people or families will notice the things I stated.

Hot water heater wasn’t working and Dottie was very helpful in getting the parts to get it going again. Dottie goes out of her way to make us fell welcome and is attentive to our needs.

Basic cabin in the woods

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the most part the home was great for what we needed. There was definitely some fixing up needed in areas.. the fridge didn’t have a handle, there was trim missing from cabinets, there’s basically a hole in the floor by the bathroom attached to bedroom 1 and screen was not attached at the bottom of one of the sliding doors.. Otherwise the home is a good home. It just needs minor repairs. Nothing that would keep me from renting again.
