We absolutely love this unit! This was our second time to stay here and we will be back again!!! The master bed is heavenly! I’ve never slept better! Keep those mattresses!!

Beautiful beach, dirty room

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to this particular condo since the early 2000's. It is in a great location and the booking agency has for the most part been good. The condo is and always has been good. My biggest complaint is that whomever they get to clean these condos needs to find a new profession. When I spend the kind of money that I do to stay in this condo, I expect it to be clean when I walk in the door. There was food on the throw rug and a comb that was left laying on the floor in the living room. After my wife swept the floor, just in the living room, I don't see how anyone came in the room and cleaned. As I told the lady at the desk, they need to hire a different cleaning company.

The boardwalk to the beach was very short & easy. There were nice clean restrooms at the pool. The included chairs were so nice to have. Downsides - living room is not very big if you had a large family. Absolutely ZERO cooking ingredients like salt, pepper, etc. there are multiple tvs in the unit, but we were unable to figure out how to work more than 1 tv at a time for some reason. Overall, condo was great! Will definitely stay here again.

Great property with beautiful views and all the comforts of home. We had a great stay and always stay on Okaloosa Island. Convenient to the fun and excitement of Destin but more laid back and quiet. Thanks for sharing your slice of paradise!

Pelican Bay Stay

The non-smoking rules are not enforced. I wasn’t able to enjoy the balcony due to the smokers & vapors below our unit. The maintenance workers were very professional and friendly.

Wonderful Condo, just rude people

Heated pool and hot tub

We were here for Spring Break and the weather was mid sixties and little to no sun. Despite that, we enjoyed the beach with chair service. The condo had an extra chair for our child we put out ourselves. The condo was well equipped with standard amenities including a keurig. The pool and hot tub were clean and heated well.

This property was very clean and is laid out well. One of the best features of this condo is the segregated master bedroom. It is quiet, cozy and comfortable! The balcony has a great view too! Highly recommended!

Pelican Isle

Wonderful location, short trip to Destin as well as Navarre pier and Pensacola. The view from the balcony is amazing as are the pool and hot tub area. Very clean and would highly recommend for a family or friends vacation.

Nice location next to the beach

The property was extremely clean. Could use another blanket or 2. And new furniture. This was our major complaint. The furniture in the living room was not that comfortable. We spent a lot of time there due to the weather It was adequate

Great condo in a great location!

We had a great stay (7 days) in this condo. Upon entering, it had a slight smell (I did notate this is my “first impressions” survey). I’m unsure if it was something the previous renters cooked or what, it was a slight musty odor, nothing air freshener couldn’t fix. Another bummer was that they were fixing something in the garage, so the personal parking spot was not usable for us during our stay. There are two large and spacious rooms with a comfy chair in the master. Both bedrooms had their own bathroom with tub and built in shower. Plenty of towels and washcloths. The bunks in the hallway were perfect for my 3 kids (5, 8 and 10, two kids shared the top bunk) they used the smaller bathroom, with the smaller bedroom (cat and jack doors). I LOVED the washer and dryer, great set. There are two beach chairs included also, which was great. The view from the balcony overlooks the huge swimming pool and the view of the beach was awesome. The pool was heated, as described, and felt great with the chill in the air. This condo has easy access to the beach and isn’t a far drive from town. There were also games and the TVs are smart TVs, so we were able to log into our apps easily. Coffee pot, dishes and pots/pans were all in great shape. This condo was well taken care of. Overall we had a great stay and would rent again! Thank you!

We appreciate the repeat business discount that was automatically extended to us. We were disappointed that the parking garage was closed for repairs and that we had to park outside, since a parking space is included in the rent. There was no offer of a discount for not having the garage unavailable. We appreciate the beach setup being included with the condo rent and used that every day.

I've rented alot of vacation condos over the years on different beaches and this was by far the best ever. It was a girls trip, me and my bestie and on the way home we tried to think of one thing that we could suggest for improvement and we came up with nothing. Perfect location for everything. Perfect layout in condo for privacy. Everything worked. 2 chairs and umbrella provided was a huge plus. Managing staff were very easy to work with and communicative. Would highly recommend.

Decor was never and room was clean. Kitchen had everything need to function for our stay. The main and guest beds were very comfortable. The bunk beds though we did not use for very quaint and fun! The water was gorgeous and the complimentary chairs we had were amazing. Will definitely go back and stay in the same room! Only downfall was the sleeper couch in the living room was very worn and not comfortable. The step in and out to the balcony tripped me many times as well.

Perfect place for family vacay!

Condo was perfect! The extra room in the master bedroom was a major factor for us and our two kids. We had plenty of space for everyone! It was clean and had all the essentials needed for a week’s stay. (I would add a few more bath towels for future guests but we just washed them every other day) The location was perfect on the beach, beach service was amazing, and restaurants were close by! We will stay here again! Great place to relax and recharge!

Great deal on clean beachfront unit

Wonderful week in the Gulf. Property staff were polite and everything was easily accessible. Our room layout was great for 2 families and everything was clean. The kitchen was decently stocked (we always bring most of our kitchen needs) for the usual beach goer. View was amazing. Beach chairs and umbrella was an great plus too!
