Clean and convenient

Less crowded area of the beach, clean condo, perfect set up for our family. The only issue was parking. The covered spots are VERY tight to park in. Otherwise, we had an amazing stay!

Anniversary get away

We enjoyed our stay at the Palms a lot. Love the corner unit and it seemed very clean when we arrived. Such a smooth check in process and communication was great. The area was nice and peaceful. The only thing to say is that eventhough the floors were vacuumed well, not sure if they were mopped. Our feet got dirty walking barefoot in the condo. Bed was comfy and we really enjoyed being able to see the ocean from everywhere in the condo. Would recommend it for sure.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THE CONDO WAS FABULOUS, VERY COMFORTABLE AND FULL OF SUNLIGHT (I WAS HAPPY I BROUGHT MY NIGHT EYE MASK). THE KITCHEN IS A TIGHT FIT BUT WORKABLE, POOL WAS SMALL BUT ALL IN ALL WE WERE THERE FOR THE BEACH AND SERENE LOCATION. SO IT WAS GREAT!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay when visiting Fort Walton. Great location, not near as crowded as it is when you get closer to the bridge. Nice, clean, and updated condo. Very spacious. Had everything we needed. Would stay here again! Brooks and Shorey were great to work with! Loved that we got to talk to a person right away. Enjoyed the free activities that come through booking with them. Would def recommend them.

Overall good stay

The property is in a convenient location. Wonderful clean beach. The kitchen has new appliances. The carpeting in the bedrooms is in serious need of replacement. Look closely at the photos especially by the night stand and you will see what I mean. There were some cleanliness issues that have been brought to the property managers attention. If these issues are addressed and corrected the property would be a 4 to 5 star review. The app Brooks and Shorey uses is a very nice feature and full of useful information. The check in process was extremely easy.
