● Check-in time is 4:00 PM / Check-out is 11:00 AM
● Occupancy is intended for a maximum of 4 people.
● No parties, events, or gatherings.
● Please place trash in the provided container between 5 PM – 7 PM on the scheduled service nights of Sunday-Thursday.
● Your Valet Living trash container MUST be placed back in your home prior to 9 AM the next morning to keep the community looking great. Not adhering to this may result in a $50 trash violation fee.
● All trash must be in tied bags that fit inside the Valet Living trash bin. No rips, leaks, liquids or sharp objects.
● Noise, unruly behavior, loud music, and disrespectful or unlawful activity will warrant the forfeit of your entire reservation (and possible fees).
