The stay was amazing. Only issue was I had was I had to reach out to the property owner for the code to check in when it’s usually sent prior to arrival. I also want to mention that the beds were hard as a rock. I did not rest well due to the mattresses being so hard. We had to rotate from the bed to the couch. Please invest in some better bedding. Other than that everything else was nice.

The walls had scrapes, scuffs, and some deep gashes in areas. The bathrooms were not as clean and the guest bathroom had a spider living in the bathtub. The towels had someone else’s hair washed into them. There was food left in the freezer from another guest. The floor was bowing in multiple areas. Overall nice place and fantastic location, but the price was a bit much for the quality of the home.

Nice renovated property. Strong Wi-Fi for both streaming and multiple devices used for work. Responsive host. The neighborhood is a little intimidating but had no issues. Check in was smooth as was checkout. Very close to CLT airport and minutes from downtown.
