This 1st floor condo has been described by renters as a "home away from home." It provides every comfort to enjoy lakefront living. Relax on the large covered porch and watch the sunset. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Feel right at home with comfortable beds, smart TV’s in every bedroom, wireless internet, and plenty of space and seating for your entire family. The condo has 3 bedrooms (king, queen and 2 extra-long twins). The spacious master suite has a king bed, private bath with whirlpool tub, and a walk-in closet. The open floor plan includes a bar-height granite counter looking into the kitchen. The dining table for 6 adjoins the living room. Enjoy the waterfront view while dining on the patio or head to the boardwalk, just steps away, and take a peaceful stroll to LakeHouse Wine Bar & Grill.

Only positive things to say about our stay at this condo. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The kitchen dining room and living room space was open and roomy. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable. The outside patio is so nice. The area is quiet but in the center of so many things to do. Jetton park and Ramsey park so close. Birkdale is right there as well. And we loved taking walks every morning and evening on the lake boardwalk. My family had a perfect stay here. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I would highly recommend Kim’s condo and would love to stay here again. Thank you, Kim. It was a great stay.

Everything was just as pictured! Lake Norman area is beautiful and being able to walk down the boardwalk to a restaurant was great! The pool was nice and we really liked being on ground level. Overall it met our needs and our trip was great thank you for everything

We used to live in New York and New England before moving to the Lake Norman area in 2004. It is a perfect location for year-round living or a vacation get-away. The warm weather attracted us to the area, and now the rest of our northern family loves to visit us here. There is always something to do, but it is also a great place to unwind & relax when you need to.

Why they chose this property

The lakefront condo is an ideal spot to enjoy the lake and all it offers -- while also being only 20 minutes from Charlotte and major sporting events. Even closer to shopping (outlets) and local colleges. It is also less than an hour to wineries, and hiking (which we still love to do!). We live 10 minutes away from the condo so are always available.
