Such a beautiful and relaxing property. We saw deep, birds and bunnies all from the covered deck. Highly recommend this place. Kirk was great to answer any questions and quick to respond.

We came into town to visit our daughter and her family. We loved the cabin! The yard and the fire pit were amazing. There was a nice cool breeze in the morning, making it perfect! Thank you to Kirk and Andy for great communication and hospitality! We will definitely be back!

Was very nice / clean / equipped well - my thought: tv is a little too big for such a small room, (lol........) - stairs are kind of slick - (because they are steep) - but no complaints, just a safety thought .

Amazing get away.

Work trip for me. I’ll definitely be returning with my wife. Peaceful and fresh breath away from the world. It was a work trip but felt like a vacation when I got to the “cozy cabin”. You can tell the craftsmanship is spectacular. It’s extremely quiet.

1st, let me say that Kirk is a a wonderful host, he answered all our questions very promptly, extremely helpful with directions to cabin, and always made sure we had everything we needed....Thanks Kirk!The cabin was awesome has everything you need, heat/ac worked perfectly, shower was great and has a really big smart TV. The property was clean beautiful and private and has a great porch to hang out on.Do yourself a favor, and book this cabin now!Kirk also has a place in St. Augustine, Fl...so if you want to go to Florida rest assure he will have you taken care of.

2-day Getaway

We arrived at Cozy Cabin and were stunned at how beautiful, peaceful, and relaxed the environment was. The check-in experience was flawless. Our host checked to see if we were in need of anything-timely. The beauty of this location cannot be put into words. The cabin was immaculate; all amenities were provided. location from Cleveland, about 20 minutes. This is our go-to cabin when we return to TN (Cleveland) area.

We enjoyed our stay. The owner’s father was very generous to us. It was close to several places we visited such as the Ocoee Rafting at Adventure Unlimited. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was awesome. There was plenty of room for the 2 of us and it was in an excellent location for floating the Hiwasssee. We took out 7 minutes from the cabin at Patty’s bridge. I would recommend a mattress pad/topper for the bed. It was the only downside of our stay. Everything else was amazing.

We enjoyed the little cabin in the woods. The porch and watching fireflies at night was amazing. Had everything you need just bring food and drinks. Love that it has a propane grill. We will be back through staying again in a week.

We loved staying at the cozy cabin. It was very clean and nicely decorated. There were brand new appliances and the bathroom had a new shower, sink and toilet. The air conditioning was quiet and functioned well. The washer and dryer are a bonus for sure. The front porch and property were wonderful. It was peaceful with beautiful views. A short walk up their road revealed great mountain views. Kirk was an excellent host.
