This private 4 bed, 3 bath Island property with 600' of waterfront on two bays, Marquette and Wilderness and 10 acre parcel of forest nestled on Marquette Island. Only access is by boat, therefore renter must have there own boat. The 3,000 ft2 main home was completed in '22. Primary home includes three beds, 2.5 baths with the master suite on the main floor. Entertain in the great room with a stone fireplace, or on one of 4 porches or the large open deck. Relax in the wood-fired sauna or enjoy spectacular views of the islands. Mackinac Island is a short boat ride away. Spacious commercial grade kitchen. Mainland dock and parking included. The crib dock can accommodate several boats. Beautifully furnished and ready for visitors.Must have your own boat.
