This historic Arts & Crafts double was completely renovated from the studs. You will enjoy the charm of old with comfort & convenience of new! Please see pictures for details. The Bayou St. John area is a tree-lined, historic, VIBRANT New Orleans neighborhood in which you can enjoy walks to the park(s), or dining out and shopping on Esplanade Ave. 10-minutes to the French Quarter or downtown. 5-minutes to the Lakefront for great seafood. Off-street parking available for 2 cars.

Available to you is 2,300 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths; half of our "double" (aka duplex) house. You have a private entrance and a private, fenced-in yard with a great deck!

The home is walking distance to New Orleans famous music festivals, including the N.O.JAZZ FEST. Higher rates may apply during musical festival time, and Mardi Gras. Please email for details.
