This fully remodeled 2 bed-2 bath condo has all the best furnishings. Lower floor unit has 3 beds, a large open floor plan, and high end furnishings. Located in the iconic Saddlebrook resort you can relax with a round of golf on one of the (2) Arnold Palmer designed championship golf courses.

1st Floor 2br-2ba unit with lake and golf course views. Unit has been completely remodeled with great finishes. Large open floor plan with large kitchen flowing into dining and living rooms make this a special place for family or that perfect golf trip with friends.

Guests have access to golf courses, spa, restaurants and bars.

Access to Saddlebrook Resort amenities (pickle ball, resort pool, lakeside pool, fitness center, tennis courts) may be purchased for $200 per week or $600/month

Condo is comfortable and well-stocked, lots of windows for light and fresh air, bathrooms are roomy, bedrooms have reading lights, and there is ample space to put away clothing and toiletries. The patio is a big plus with lots of birds and a couple majestic, mossy live oaks nearby. The pool fee of 200 should be disclosed is listing. The unit needed more thorough cleaning, I found hair in the shower drain, a previous guest’s sock in bedroom, used towel in hamper, and the floor needed to be mopped.

The only issue we had was the noise from the unit above and next to us, you can hear every footstep from above and normal conversation from next door.
