Welcome to Gulf Breeze, Unit 1C! This beautifully remodeled 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has everything you need to enjoy your Cedar Key vacation. Offering exceptional open water views and your own private balcony, you can enjoy the full island experience for your entire stay! You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town. The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex. Note: the corner of the stove is cracked but it does not affect its function.
