Really nice old house with plenty of space in very quiet neighborhood. This place had everything we wanted including parking, proximity to downtown, A/C, two baths, and comfortable beds. The host responded to our questions quickly and followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. Great stay here!
Perfect pad for a game weekend in close proximity to both downtown & campus. It was easy for us to walk everywhere and experience all the great options and atmosphere.
The house is wonderful… very well maintained and has everything you need for a relaxing stay - we were very happy all around!!
We stayed here with my parents the week before our wedding at Sweetwater Inn. It is very close and walkable to everything downtown.
The place looks humble from the outside but has a nice classic elegant interior. We enjoyed the screened in Florida room in the evenings. It also has a nice covered patio in the yard

Easy walk to the bars and restaurants downtown. Probably too far to walk to campus, but you could. The location is a quiet, mature, stately neighborhood and has one designated parking spot but free street parking is ample. Older home with all the charm-and quirks-that come with age. Lots of cooking equipment, but the main fridge is in the adjacent dining room so it’s a little awkward. The screened in porch is a great place for morning coffee. Owner VERY responsive. Reasonable requests on checkout-nothing weird or over-the-top.Would for sure rent again.
