It is a well maintained and clean house in a very good location. The open area with living and kitchen is excellent. The backyard with the fire pit was great for us to gather around. The house is a bit short on utensils and may be some aluminum or clear wraps would be very useful
The house was nicer in person than in the pictures and the pictures aren’t bad either. The property was spotless and all of the furniture and accessories were new. There’s a great fenced in backyard with a fire pit for chilly winter evenings. The game room is great also. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Gainesville.
In town for my son's graduation with family and this house was a perfect landing spot. Recently remodeled, everything was roomy and clean. The game room in the garage is a nice touch especially if you have kids. Would definitely stay here again!
The owner is wonderful. Very quick to respond and address any issues. The house is beautifully decorated, and makes anyone feel relaxed. The beds are comfortable and have amazing sheets. Truly a great place to stay. My only dislike is the neighborhood. It is not bad but it is not wonderful either. I guess some would describe it as up and coming. In all fairness, we felt safe and the neighbors seemed to be friendly. We would stay here again because once you are in the house you feel like you’re in another world.
