We built this space joining the garage and the room of the house making this a unique place with independent entrance

The space
This suite has 1 BEDROOM with 1 King size bed making it a perfect place for up to 2 guests. The space has a flat-screen TV.

One full BATHROOM with a walk-in tiled shower, toiletries like shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided for your convenience.

Beautiful KITCHEN with dining room area, microwave, fridge & freezer and coffee maker for you to use. Basics such as Cups, Glasses, utensils, and dishes are available for you to use as well.

The suite has a DESK and you can have some privacy to work and it has a comfortable SOFA where you can relax while you enjoy a delicious wine

You have a small OUTSIDE area for you to enjoy your morning coffee or some wine after a long day. It’s private and gated so you can truly relax and feel at home.

All areas in our suite are cleaning according to COVID cleaning protocols.

LOCATION is very convenience (check your maps) we have 5min away Walmart, Costco and 10 min away Restaurants and more supermarkets
Guest access
Guest have their own side of the house with private entrance, their own parking spot to access

PARKING is available ONLY on LEFT side of driveway and access to the suite is through a garden gate.
Check yourself in with the smart lock. Combination and instructions will be sent on the day of check in.
Other things to note
- No pets.

- No smoking inside the Suite. (there is a cleaning and smoking fee of ($200) for any cleaning that needs to be done because of smell or smoke damaged

-No extra guest.

-A payment of $100 is additional if you check out after 11am

-Do NOT block neighbor’s driveway

-Romantic decorations are available at extra cost depending on complexity $95 and up. Please provide your ideas and inspiration pictures to have your dream decorations or have our decorator to surprise you. Please place your order in advance so the decorator has enough time to place special orders if needed. Certain standard decorations are available at any time. Contact host for details

-We will not see you in person, but we are always available to answer any questions.

-A complimentary bottle of wine is left on the table as a courtesy
