The apartment in a new residential development in the heart of Bávaro!
Only two-minute walk to the famous Bavaro Beach and all the Ocean front restaurants.
The residential has parking onsite, security 24 hrs and a Huge shared pool with swim up bar!

This is a one bedroom apartment consists of an integrated kitchen and living room. In the living room you can find a fold out sofa. The main bedroom has a king size bed, ceiling fan, TV, walk-in closet and full bathroom. It is completed with a private balcony with dining and lounge area.
The kitchen fully equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, silverware, dishes, gas stove with oven and cooking utensils.

This condo is well situated for a perfect stay, no car is needed unless you wish to explore further.
The best way to get to the Condo from the airport is by UBER.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE HOURS: Normal hours for arrivals and departures are between 8 AM and 10 PM. Any arrivals and/or departures outside of these hours will be subject to a $30 US fee per event.

Extremely comfortable

Enjoyed my stay, very nice apartment, kitchen had basics needed. Nice size bathroom, great shower.Bed and linens were extremely comfortable and very much appreciated the freshly washed comforter. My only disappointment was that there was no cable TV, there were apps for Netflix and Amazon Prime, but I do not have subscriptions and had no way to watch TV at night. If I knew beforehand, I could have come prepared. Also, would have liked some type of window covering in bathroom, especially with contractors working and being on the first floor. Having a clothes rack would also be great to include to hang clothes out and not use the dryer. Overall, this was great place, responsive owner/manager, no issues and I enjoyed my stay very much.
