We waited outside the room for 30 minutes to check in at exactly 5 PM when it was obvious that the room was ready earlier. The lack of early check in was a hassle.

Listing was not what what they said.

This property was misrepresented in the listing. It promised a bed, a kitchen, and a sofa bed, but in reality, it only had one bed—no sofa bed and no kitchen. This was a major issue for our stay, as we booked based on the expectation that there would be adequate sleeping arrangements and a functional kitchen.I contacted the host, but nothing was done to address the situation. To make matters worse, the host has been difficult to get a refund from and insists that we were “upgraded,” which is simply not true. While the place was clean and in a good location, the inaccurate listing, lack of basic amenities, and poor communication made for an incredibly frustrating experience.
