Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash must be bagged prior to placing in outside trash cans. No loose trash such as drinks, takeout or newspapers. Please empty all trash cans and food from refrigerator and bag this.
Turn off upstairs air units prior to leaving.
Be sure to latch the hot tub cover. Lock the sliding glass door and the front door as you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
There is a $500.00 fine for smoking.
