200 acres of beautiful East Tennessee fields, wooded walking/hiking trails, fishing ponds and scenery that brings peace to you as you relax in your home away from home. Make yourself at home as you make time for yourself, family and friends at the farm.
Spend time at the firepit relaxing in the Adirondack chairs. Take a nap in the hammock under the shade of the trees. Rock your cares away on the front porch as you listen to the birds and watch the day slip away - without a care in the world.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

All trash must be bagged prior to placing in outside trash cans. No loose trash such as drinks, takeout or newspapers. Please empty all trash cans and food from refrigerator and bag this. Thank you.

Turn off upstairs air units prior to leaving. Please turn the AC to 78 or Heat to 66 on downstairs unit.

Be sure to latch the hot tub cover. Lock the sliding glass door and the front door as you leave.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

There is a $500.00 fine for smoking.
