Note : The house accommodates 11 guests but the charges you see in the listing are for 8 guests only. Each Addie guests including adults kids and infants above 8 will be charged additional per night per person. Please make sure to inform/ask us if you plan to bring more than 8 guests in the house.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the whole house except garage, Machines of Pool and Spa, side yard where the pool machines are located.
DO NOT TOUCH ANY POOL EQUIPMENT at any Time.
Other things to note
The pool and spa are NOT heated by default and there is an extra charge per day for the pool or spa or both to be heated which is mentioned as below
1.Heated Spa - $39 per day * Total number of days you are going to stay.
2.Heated Pool/Spa - $129
per day * Total number of days you are going to stay.
Heating temperature:
While paying for heated spa/jacuzzi only:
102 degree Fahrenheit
While paying for heated pool+jacuzzi(both):
80 degree Fahrenheit.
Pool Maintenance: The pool maintenance guy visits each Thursday between 9 am to 12 pm so if your stay falls on a Thursday, expect the pool guy to be there for 5-10 mins . If you are not comfortable with pool guy visiting during your stay please let us know a week before hand for us to make alternate arrangements.

Infants will be charged additional $50 per extra guest similar to any additional guest ( adults or kids).

*The house has an indoor fire pit as seen in the picture but we do not provide it for guests use and is not setup due to safety reasons.
No where in the listing we stated that we provide indoor firepit so this declaration means even though visible in the pictures with the tv in living room the indoor fire pit is not provided to the guests.
