Great location. Wonderful and very responsive host. House was perfect for a large family gathering. Very open and spacious. Close to the strip. Large lot and the pool area is great. Pictures do not do enough justice for what you receive with the place. Highly recommend and will definitely be back again.

Our stay was great! The home was clean, well equipped with what we needed for the duration of our stay. The home size was big and accommodating to our large group. The neighborhood was very clean, quiet, and safe. We were in and out at all hours of the day/night due to my daughter’s softball tournament and we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. The surrounding areas had everything g we needed, from a coffee shop to a grocery store. Perfect for a little getaway and would absolutely book this home again!!

A large place with fun gambling tables inside

This is a dated place but it is large and cozy. They have a few gambling table for in -house fun which we enjoyed using with our group. The backyard is also nice. The property manager was responsive when a couple of things needed fixing. I'd recommend it to others.

Definitely a good value. House had giant rooms and was generally clean. Patio and pool area are very nice. Beds are comfortable. Beware the steps around the common areas of the house - a few of us tripped even though the steps are marked with tape. The house showed its age with a few things like a bedroom door knob and towel ring which fell off when used. We were able to put them back in place. Some of the window latches were loose but most of them had a wood stick to keep the window closed. The bathroom counters were quite clean but the showers had some grout staining and the kitchen sink looked like it could be cleaner, so this might not be the house for those who like things super-clean. For those seeking a good value with lots of space and don't mind an older house, it is fine.

Disliked: Cleanliness
We had some issues with the amenities. The cleaning needs to be more thorough. The window sill behind the craps table was particularly dirty. We had some people over for lunch and noticed that most of the dishes hadn't been washed in awhile so we had to run a load in the dishwasher before we could serve anyone. The refrigerator icemaker didn't work, and there is a leak in the toilet by the main entrance. The house has lots of space and the craps/blackjack tables were fun, but these things will need to be fixed before we stay there again.

If you value space, comfort, and great value over modern, picture-perfect aesthetics, this is the spot for you! The house is definitely dated and has a charming, retro feel, but it is incredibly spacious and had more than enough room for our group to spread out and relax. If you appreciate a cozy, older home with plenty of breathing room, we highly recommend this rental!
