The stay was awesome. Charlie was the best. The house was cozy with a great view and location. Charlie made sure we were comfortable and walked us through the Jacuzzi and outdoor grills. Had such a wonderful time here.

Carlos went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! The property is beautiful with stunning views and a fun pool and hot tub.

What a view!! We had a great time hanging on the patio, enjoying the jacuzzi, cooking in the kitchen. This place has it all. I highly recommend this place if you are ever traveling to the San Ramon. Our host, Carlos, was responsive, attentive and helpful, a “salt of the earth” dude, which I really appreciated.

Beautiful Experience

Stunning views, a beautiful home, safe and perfect for a peaceful stay. The property owner was very gracious to make coffee and invited us over. Carlos the property manager is an amazing person. He made sure we were safe and had an amazing experience!!!! Consider this home!!!!

Blame the weather

The property was beautiful. We would’ve enjoyed the views if it wasn’t for the weather. A tropical depression kept fog and rain hovering over us. Unfortunately, the property depends on solar panels to heat water, so we had no hot water during our stay. Carlos, the property manager was outstanding, resolving our wifi issue and always checking in to make sure we had everything needed.

Carlos could not have been a better host. He made the planning so much fun!! He helped us arrange activities, coordinate an amazing private chef experience, and get what ever we needed for the house. The view was breathtaking. I will definitely stay again on my next visit to Costa Rica. Ten out of ten!

This house is in a great location in the mountains just outside San Ramon. It's in a gated community and although there are houses nearby, you have a lot of privacy and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature all day/night. It was a bit cool on the dates I was there so I did not use the pool but I enjoyed the hot tub while I was there. Carlos was immediately responsive and very helpful. He even arranged to have a pizza delivered to me from a nearby restaurant when I didn't feel like leaving the house one night! There are a couple mini grocery stores just a few minutes drive from the house or you can drive 15 min or so to San Ramon downtown which has large supermarkets, restaurants, stores and anything else you could possibly need.

Bedding and pillow smelled of previous guest. Did not clean house floors. Has a leaky roof and broken shower in one bathroom. Cockroaches problem. Main mattress need to be replaced, has mold growing. My daughter did not stop sneezing.
