Enjoy lounging in the cowboy pool, s'mores by the fire pit, stargazing, yoga, and games/activities in this getaway space to reconnect and adventure. Located on a quiet street adjacent to JT National Park mountains, 6 mins from the North Entrance to JTNP, 2 mins to shopping/dining in 29 Palms & 12 mins to JT downtown.

» Joshua Tree National Park: The Green Palm is located 6 minutes to the North Entrance of Joshua Tree National Park for easy access. Many guests to the park prefer this entrance to avoid long wait times at the West Entrance. Our street dead ends up against the Joshua Tree National Park mountains and guests can enjoy the Joshua Tree National Park Mountains as they approach the house and peaking over the the backyard fence.
» Downtown 29: The Green Palm JT is located 2 minutes away from Downtown 29. Enjoy the up and coming food scene in 29 Palms at many of our favorite restaurants (like Kitchen In The Desert - reservations in advance recommended) as well as stock up on groceries and fuel for the park.
» MEALTIME: If you are new to the area, please plan accordingly as many desert towns in the area have either long wait time at restaurants or have restaurants closed on Sundays. We recommend planning ahead with groceries.
» Neighborhood: We are centrally located to downtown 29 and in a residential neighborhood.
We are not a remote property with acreage, but the trade off is the proximity to services and the park entrance! For this reason we have our quiet hour policy after 10pm.

» There are several EV charging stations located nearby at the Tortoise Rock Casino (Tesla Supercharger) and the Community Center at Twentynine Palms.

» The whole house will be open to you. We do have two locked storage spaces indoors and one in the garage for supplies.

» Let your worries melt away as you snuggle up in the queen memory foam bed. Get some reading or journaling done in our reading nook. This bedroom also has a coat rack, luggage rack, and dresser for clothing storage. With the blackout curtains pulled, you won't want to get out of our bed!

» This is a 1 bed/1bath offering. We also have a 3 bedroom/1 bath option. Please check our host bio for that listing. With this stay two of the bedrooms will be locked.

» Wash the cares of the day away in our waterfall shower with all-natural Public Goods products. Parents of small children appreciate our toddler toilet seat, baby bath, and baby bath soap.

» Kitchen/Dining: With an open floor plan, the main living space is perfect for dining, cooking, and entertaining. We provide all the things you may need including oil/basic spices and items for baking as well.

» Cooking: With a fully-stocked kitchen, The Green Palm is perfect for enjoying meals in. We provide basic spices and olive oil as well.

» Coffee: Enjoy our favorite roast of Joshua Tree Coffee Company coffee at our coffee bar. Choose your brew method: pour over, French press, or drip.

» Seating: With comfy seating around the couch, swivel game nook chairs, or playful slipper chair, there is a spot for everyone! Our favorite spot is the Sabai Design sofa made of 100% recycled materials.

» » TV: If you wanna catch up on your favorite shows or enjoy movie, bring your own logins and enjoy on our smart TV.

» Indoor Activities - Reconnect and relax while enjoying yoga, the stargazing telescope, board games, air hockey, ping pong!

» Cowboy Pool: Beat the heat in our Cowboy pool which is the perfect spot after a hike in the park! It's always a big hit for kids of all ages! (Cowboy pool is open mid-April through mid-October)

» Fire pit: Connect over good conversation and making s'mores around the fire.

» Telescope: Stargaze with our astronomy telescope.

» Games: Enjoy our wide assortment of outdoor games!
