Appropriately furnished. Very clean. Trash is picked up by staff and lawn and fire pit maintained by staff as well.

Forested living, quiet solitude set apart from city life and neighbors. Natural beauty of forest & lake walking paths. Yet, has city water, wifi, ROKU TV, furnished, garden, air-conditioning and heat included in rent. Cabin is approximately 20' x 10' plus a deck

There are no vehicles allowed in the forested area. Thus, walking is a must from the parking lot to the cabin(50 feet) and cottage to the Bath House(20 feet).

Drug store, doctors, dentists, DOLLAR STORE, mini-grocery, banks, pizza and sandwich shops, Chinese dinner take-out, churches, city park all within 1 mile. (Wal-Mart 4 miles)

C) MUST HAVE A CAR OR TRUCK
