Fantastic Stay

The pool was the main attraction for the twins of course. The house was roomy and we all enjoyed it so much.My only complaint is the chairs by the pool, they weren’t very comfortable. Your flowers were gorgeous. The outside shower was a bonus for sure

Very nice house

No communication with the agent taking care of this house. I never received information if they received payments they did not have the time to notify me what the lock box # was I had to call the host. At that point I did not even have a house to go too. It took a couple weeks to figure out why the pool kept turning green. For all the money you spend you would think they would have a better shower head in both bathrooms. The king bed mattress was terrible there are too many toppers on including hearing the plastic. But otherwise it was great

The Best Equipped Kitchen

This was the best equipped house that we’ve found in the ten years we’ve been visiting Florida. The kitchen was awesome. It had everything we needed. However what was most impressive was how the owners thought of everything to make our stay easy and relaxing. When we arrived it was like we were checking into a high-end hotel suite. Everything was spotless and well organized and the table was set for a party of four. It was clear that the owners had gone to great lengths to welcome us to their home. We’ve always found Lesley and Doreen to be very responsive to our needs and always resolved any issues we’ve ever had with any rental very quickly even on the weekends. Knowing that their support was always at the end of a text message has always made our stay in TMI rentals relaxing and enjoyable.

Beautiful home

This home is amazing! There are so many things that made me love it. The living room is large with plenty of seating. The dining room has a table for two. If you need more room the closed in lanai has a large table for six, two couches, a chair, and a television. The pool area is just outside the lanai. The kitchen is small but functional. The washroom is a nice size that also leads out to the one car garage. The only thing in my opinion, is that the king size mattress and boxspring should be replaced. The property manager, Lesley, was on top of things if we needed her. We picked this home because it was so close to Manasota beach. Maybe five minutes. We will definitely be staying here again when we go back to Florida.
