Welcome to Barefoot Dreams! Our vacation home was completely renovated in early 2021. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from beaches, downtown, shopping, fishing, and golfing. Or if you like, stay at home and relax by the screen enclosed pool/patio. The backyard is fully fenced in.

INSIDE THE HOME
The home is decorated in neutral tones with coastal decor. It has new ceramic tile flooring, renovated bathrooms, new lighting/ceiling fans and beautiful new furnishings throughout the house. New HVAC system recently installed.

The newly renovated kitchen includes new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and many small kitchen appliances:

The Dining Room has seating for 6. The Coffee Bar has a beautiful wood table that includes a Keurig Coffee Maker, and a Keurig Milk Frother.

The Living Room has a beautiful new sectional sofa, a 65” Sony Bravia Smart TV and ceiling fan.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths.The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet, king size bed, dresser, Samsung Smart TV and ceiling fan. The Master Bath has a tub/shower combination. The Guest Room is located on the other side of the house and has 2 XL Twin Beds, a dresser, a double closet, and ceiling fan.The other bathroom has a walk-in shower. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are in the bathroom linen closets. Extra blankets and pillows are located in the bedroom closets.

A large (36"x36") portable playpen/crib is located in the Master Bedroom closet, with sheets.

The Florida Room has a new sectional sofa, a 32” Samsung Smart TV and ceiling fan.

The Laundry is located in the garage, just off the kitchen. It includes a Maytag Top Loading Washing Machine and Maytag Dryer, as well as a utility sink.

For the beach goer, we provide 4 beach chairs, a beach wagon, a large beach umbrella, 3 coolers (S, M, L), beach bag, 9x10 beach blanket, 2 shark tooth rakes with sifter. We also provide 2 bicycles with helmets.

STEP OUTSIDE
The backyard is fully fenced in. The pool is 14' x 25'. The screened in lanai has a covered porch with a sofa. Around the pool is a patio dining table with umbrella, 2 lounge chairs with cushions, and a BBQ Grill (propane included). There’s plenty of beach towels and Turkish towels.

POLICIES:
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay
- No smoking in the house
- The house sleeps 4 people
- Must be at least 25 yrs old to book
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Cleaning Fee
- No glass by the pool area, and no diving. Do not leave pool toys in the pool overnight.
- If BBQ Grill is used, it must be cleaned before checkout

PET POLICY
1 Dog (under 50 lbs.) allowed with fee. Pet waste must be disposed of. Any damage caused by the pet will result in additional fee.

There are dog bowls in the hall closet. Please use the quilts in hall closet if your dog likes to chill out on the sofa.
A wonderful dog park, Brohard Paw Park, is located 4.3 miles away.
