This spacious 2156 square feet large and unique villa is set close to Manasota Beach and offers you 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a heated pool with a large barbecue area. You will find three bedrooms in the main house. Two king bed master suites and two single beds. Next, there is one separate bedroom with a queen size bed at the pool level (with it's own entrance and en suite bathroom).
The charging of EV is not allowed and an extra fee will be charged.

This was our second time at this property. Property is clean and well equipped. Would be nice if there was an outdoor light by the front door. Other than that its a great place to stay. Perfect lication!

Aside from the fact that there is only 1 outside light on the entire property the house is nice to stay in for a larger group of people. The host lives close by so if you have any issues it’s easy to reach her. Nice host!

Beautiful house and beautiful location. The house and pool were perfect for our stay. The beach is only a 12 minute walk and handy for anywhere on gulf coast beaches that you may want to visit. We stayed with our son , daughter in law and 3 year old grandson and everything was perfect - thank you

This property/house is in major need of cosmetic updates. The pool was not cleaned until the last day of our stay and after arriving on day 1, we had to specifically ask for it to be cleaned; the water was green so the pool was not usable until the second day. There are numerous light switches so it was difficult to understand which switch controlled which light. Adding to the lights, the outside is extremely poorly lit. The only lockable door with access from the outside is extremely difficult to unlock, often requiring a few minutes of “jiggling” the key. There were ants in the kitchen on the stove, and several places where the floor pieces were coming apart. Altogether, extremely disappointed with the quality of the house given the price that it came with.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was perfect. The house was clean and orderly when we arrived. Good, quiet neighborhood location but still close enough to the beaches and town. Highly recommend this house to anyone looking! It was more than enough room to accompany our crew of 7. We will definitely book this stay again!

Excellent Home for Extended Family

We loved our stay! Plenty of room to spread out and it was a much quicker walk to the beach than we expected. Best VRBO I have ever stayed in.

Spacious home in a great location!

A July 4th celebration with adult children coming and going made this week of vacation super special. Being within walking distance of Manasota Beach was terrific…especially with all of the holiday traffic! No worries about finding a place to park when you can just walk to the beach! We loved the pool and the large screened porch with sufficient seating for all. Hope to rent again!

Great place

Over all this place was awesome for 5 adults and two kids. Short drive to many different beaches. Clean and communication was very quick. Down fall was the pool was off limits at ten which we knew and understood due to it being a quite neighbor hood, until we got there and the two houses next to us and one behind us was splashing and yelling in their pools until 3AM. (could just be they did not follow the rules) I would recommend a couple of things, like putting lights around the outside patio/pool area just to light it up a bit so no one accidentally slips in the pool. I would also recommend changing the weather seal at the bottom of the main door for it is almost completely gone and allowed bugs of many different types to come in. Over all we had a great time when we were there and would highly recommend this house.

Exceeded our expectations!!

House is very clean, updated and spacious! The pool area is very large with plenty of space. We loved eating our meals in the screened in porch! Plenty of towels and beach towels. Easy walk to beach. Highly recommend this property!! Nice neighborhood and quiet area. Good location to everything Venice offers! My family loved this property!!

Lovely home!

The home was very clean and beautiful!! We had a slight issue with the pool heater not working at first but Katrin responded to my message immediately and had someone out to fix it asap! I was very impressed with the promptness! I have a 16 month old and it was so nice having the highchair, baby gates and pack n play! That was definitely a selling point for me! They also have a slew of pool toys/Floaties which was wonderful for my son! I felt like all of us had our own space too thanks to the layout of this house! I highly recommend!

The property is outstanding, the heated pool was excellent. The cleanliness of everything was very nice. I would not hesitate in rebooking this next year. The only criticism I have is the mattresses in the bedroom should be replaced.

Great Location

The house and location were great. Check in was very easy. House is as depicted online. Pool was heated to 87 degrees which was ideal for January weather. The bedroom and bath downstairs was a bonus.

Annual Florida trip

Had a great stay. Quiet neighborhood on a dead end road. Very close to the beach which made it easy for my friend’s husband to drop us off and he could go back to the house. Would definitely stay here again. Just a note for people with bad knees, like me, there are 2 flights of stairs to get to the main living area. I knew this going in. I was able to manage, but if you have major difficulty climbing stairs, may want to consider a single story rental. Otherwise, it was a very clean home.

Amazing host

When we arrived all was clean and ready for us. We had an internet issue and they were very fast to address it and got it fixed right away very responsive on all questions. The only issue we had was it said heated pool and we learned that you have to pay extra for the heat to be turned on and it didn’t state that til we arrived. But no worries at all we still swam in the pool. Dont let that discourage you at all if we would have addressed it I am sure they would have taken care of that. Overall we will be back again no disappointment at all.

Great Florida experience

Everything was as described in the listing. Beds were comfortable. Very adequately stalked with linens and toes. Plenty of dishes and silverware. Appliances all appear to be new.

Our family enjoyed this vacation home. We would definitely rent it again. This is a Florida beach home, which means there are stairs. You can see them in pictures of the house. The beach isn’t far from the house. I would still drive. Katrin has sand toys, 2 baby gates, wagon, high chair and a pack-n-play. It was nice not to have to bring these items. I know someone mentioned pillows not being great. They are thin. Bedding is comfortable. This is a rental home and would be hard to please everyone. The pool was perfect. Our granddaughter loved playing in it. We had 6 adults and one child and fit nicely in the pool. The house and pool were clean when we arrived at 4. Beautifully screened in. The balcony not only had been screened in, but had “safety wall”. This was perfect for little ones. The house does have an awkward layout. The top bedroom has a half bath, which means they have to use the main level shower. This room does have its own sofa and TV in the loft area. The main floor master has a full bathroom. The master bedroom downstairs has the laundry room. Katrin was wonderful to work with.

Great house, but pool pictures are inaccurate

Pros: House was very clean, spacious and well-equipped. Location was close to the beach, but not really as walkable as was described. Cons: Really strange layout/floor plan. Very odd and inconvenient to have to go through multiple doors, down a flight of exterior stairs and back in through multiple doors to do laundry. Also-the pool area is NOTHING like you see in the listing pictures. Totally inaccurate. The pool is TINY and there is absolutely NO PRIVACY. The pictures show significant foliage around the pool. In reality, there is none. You are swimming on a corner lot, with neighbors walking and driving by.
