This professionally cleaned residence offers all the comforts of home including free Hulu, Disney+ & ESPN that you can stream using the free fast Xfinity Wi-Fi . The condo is ideal for short visits or extended stays and everything in between. The property comes with 2 free reserved parking spaces that are located in close proximity to the 1 set stairs that will lead you to the front door which is 15 ft from the top of the staircase.

Gain entry by using a Smart lock with a unique, time-sensitive access code, generated just for your stay.
The code for the front door activates on the afternoon of your check-in day and automatically deactivates at the end of your reservation.

- The location! 2 blocks from Florida State University and Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium and all of the other sports complexes.
- The neighborhood consists of Carriage style Condos. The condo (1100 sq ft) for this listing is located on the 2nd floor.
- This property also has a 1 bedroom (650 sq ft) condo on the first floor which is directly below this condo. We rent this 1st floor condo out on VRBO as well which is perfect if guests need an additional space for their family or group that they are traveling with.
- Reach out to us if you would be interested in renting both condos.
- The first floor condo guests will access the first floor condo through a door located on the backside of the condo.
The first floor condo and the second floor Condo are both completely separate and completely secure residences from one another. You will have the entire second floor condo to yourself.
As in all multi-level properties, heavy footsteps can travel through the floor from the 2nd story condo to the first floor condo.
*** Our only ask is that our guests make every effort to be considerate of the guests below especially when walking around inside the condo from 8pm to 8am. We are not asking for you to tiptoe, just to please not stomp, run or jump around while inside the condo. We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
** The garage is off limits (not apart of this listing). There is a secured door in the stairwell at the base of the stairs . The door inside the stairwell is completely secure /locked from inside your condo by 2 locks (including a deadbolt). The door is also locked from inside the garage with an additional lock so that there is no way to access the garage from the condo and vice versa via this doorway.

This Comfy Condo is located in a gated community within the City of Tallahassee that is 2 blocks from Florida State universities campus and is approximately an 10 minute walk from Doak Campbell football stadium as well as all other sports stadiums. You will have a view of Doak Campbell from our elevated private balcony. The condo community is nestled in between a neighborhood with single family homes on one side, an active small business park / older warehouse district on the other side and our condo community is 1 block over from Indian Village (another condo community) which is directly across the street from Doak Campbell Stadium.
For your peace of mind, The crime rate in the area surrounding our gated community is very low according to our monthly report we get from Ring (Ring Camera), Ring gets their information from the Tallahassee Police Department. Many of the students in the community walk / ride scooters to campus on a daily basis.
The condo has multiple restaurants, as well as Starbucks, Chick-Fil-A, Whataburger, Crumbl & Insomnia Cookies as well as grocery stores (Aldi, Publix) within a 3-5 minute drive. The condo is .5 mile from College Town (multiple dining restaurants, bars & night life), 1.7 miles to Donald Tucker Civic Center (concerts, conventions, basketball games & graduation) & 1.9 miles to State office buildings / downtown Tallahassee.
