Downstairs you’ll find the first bedroom with a queen size bed and bathroom. The open plan living space is perfect for entertaining and there’s an office area if you need to work. There’s a laundry room and patio with seating and darts. There are also two parking spots right in front of the unit.

Upstairs you’ll find the primary bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom has twin beds perfect for kids or friends who are travelling with you.

Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

The unit is located in a community. The neighborhood is quiet and family oriented.

- Close to the condo is the Oaks Mall with lots of shops and restaurants.
- Shands Hospital is 5.5 miles away, about 18 minutes driving.
- UF is 3.5 miles away, about 15 minutes driving.
- Activities such as canoeing in the Santa Fe river or paddle boarding in Fort White are also a drive away.
