Enjoy this beautifully appointed condo, designed for the traveler desiring the comforts of home and the ability to unwind with spectacular ocean front and beach front views, while being moments away from shopping and restaurants. Be as connected as you wish or need to be with both wifi internet access and free US calling. Allow Puerto Vallarta and Casa Soltar to steal your heart and mend your soul.

Casa Soltar's master bedroom features a king sized bed and full bath with an ocean/beach front balcony. The second bedroom features 2 full beds and full bath with an ocean view. The third bedroom has a double bed and full bath. The Living Room also has an ocean/beach front balcony. Linens and beach towels are provided.

Casa Soltar is on the sixth floor of the building, which does have an elevator. Please note that Puerto Vallarta streets are primarily cobblestone, many areas hilly and with irregular steps. There are approximately 11 steps from the street level to the main door of the building. The building's terraza features a pool, sun deck and ocean views.

Amazing Views

Excellent location with a private beach. Gorgeous sunsets and view of the entire bay of Puerto Vallarta. Consierge was helpful and has helpful advice, just ask.

Fabulous place in perfect location

The place was perfect for us, traditionally mexican, with amazing views of the bay. And the location is just perfect for anything Zona Romantica. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and views

Walkable to all activities, comfortable living space, ocean breeze, welcoming staff, friendly neighbors, clean pool, easy private beach access. There are clubs that play music throughout the day and into the night- but it became ambient noise. Lots of people and whale watching while sun bathing.

Perfect Puerto Vallarta Beach Vacation

My friends and I had a wonderful time at your beach front condo. The views of the ocean and all the beach activities were fun and always entertaining. There was a lot of music coming from the club next door but they always stoped by 10:00 or 11:00 pm so it never bothered our sleep. The condo itself was perfect for us; three bedrooms with private baths. Every amenity provided, there were even extra hats incase we needed one.

Awesome location

I stayed here for two weeks. The location is awesome. Really nice to have a 24 hour front desk person. We actually used the pool one day as a twist from laying on the beach and it was really nice.

Casa Soltar is Amazing

This is the first time we have not been at an all inclusive resort. Our kids thought it was great to stay somewhere smaller and more "in Mexico" The condo is a short walk for day to day groceries, restaurants on the beaches or in the hills. Our family of five stayed over the busy Christmas holding week. The guys at Blue Chairs donated a couple hundred gifts to kids in the area. We highly recommend this condo.

Wonderful condo with exceptional view!

My family of 4 stayed at Casa Soltar over the Thanksgiving break and we had a wonderful time! The condo was perfect as the kids each had their own room and bathroom. It was spacious and clean with everything needed from a blender to a fast coffee maker. The best part for me was the view from the balcony. Each morning I'd drink my coffee while the day arrived, watching the boats go out and the waves break, truly magical! If/when we go back to Puerto Vallarta, we'll definitely try to stay here again.

Loved Our View

Three of us stayed at Casa Soltar and had a positive experience being there for a week. The property is well kept with very attentive staff who are friendly. The unit was great. Wonderful cross breezes and the air conditioning in each unit had us well cooled at night. The week we were there it was a quiet pool - the building seems to have a lot of Canadian ex-pats and older retirees so we were the outliers but felt comfortable. Access to Zona Romantica was easy and you cannot beach having that quick a trip to the many beach clubs - Ritmos being our favorite. Cleaning service did a fine job and we appreciated the washer / dryer and having the water service included in our rent. Amapas market is up and around the corner should you wish to cook and it’d make a good long term stay for that reason. Our only suggestion is to replace the coffee maker as it’s a little wonky. Thanks Dale!

This condo was wonderful.

We loved our stay. Condo is beautiful, the view is amazing and lots of space. The neighborhood feels safe and inclusive. It’s a place I would consider staying for a longer timeframe in future. I think it’s worth mentioning the beach chairs and private beach area available for use and just a few steps away from the condo. It didn’t look like many places around their offered that. Only comments is the living room furniture was pretty but not comfy. And the coffee maker was soooo slow.

Just as advertised. Outstanding location.

We have stayed in this property before but not in this particular unit. It is just as described in the listing and being on the 6th floor offered great views of the Banderas Bay which was fantastic for the New Years Eve fireworks. Host (Dale) was very responsive and pleasant. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the market for a 3 bedroom unit.

Great beachfront location

Just across the street from Blue Chairs, Sapphire, and Mantamar beach clubs. Short walk to restaurants and stores. The place has a traditional Mexican decor and with large balconies facing the ocean.

Just like being at home everything has been put there by the owner's full kitchen lots of toiletries beautiful views. All the air conditioners work, plumbing works great, everyone was very pleased

Excellent Private Apartment Stay

Very clean, comfortable, welcoming vacation spot. Separate bathrooms for each bedroom was wonderful for having personal space while still enjoying our stay with our friends. This place has perfect beach access and comfortable pool setting. Only drawback is proximity to the only spot in the beach that plays non-stop loud club music during the day. Stops at about 5:00 so no issues with noise at night. Doors to condo seal things off pretty well so you can get away from it if you want. Front desk staff is great and owner is very responsive and helpful.

Next to beach and all activities

Property description is spot on! I didn't have the opportunity to meet Dale; however he was VERY responsive to messages. Staff were very friendly and helpful through the entire stay (even met the next door neighbors - also very nice). The private beach was a lifesaver as we stayed during a VERY busy week (after Christmas and during New Year's). I would highly recommend this property & would check availability for our next trip to PV!

Great location and very roomy condo!

We hand a great stay here. The place is very clean and had lots of room. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the washer and dryer were great to have. The AC worked great when needed. Excellent maid service twice a week too! Very friendly front desk staff!

The best time!

This condo is in the perfect location for beach access, restaurants and everything else. Dale has everything you'd ever need for your stay in the condo. We are already talking about going back and staying again. The building is safe and secure, the staff very accommodating and enjoyable. We had an amazing time!
