Sweet Adventures condo can sleep 4 comfortably and is within walking distance to coffee shops, large grocery store, and restaurants. There is a comfortable queen murphy bed and a pull out queen sofa bed. It includes a small beautiful kitchen, fast wifi, and a deck overlooking the golf course. The condo is located on the 27-hole Pagosa Springs golf course, 5 minutes to the famous Hot Springs, boutique shops, and restaurants. There are amenities of the Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center, and the five private lakes – four of which are stocked with bass and trout. It is close to Wolf Creek Ski Resort, the Wilderness area, National Forest, and trails for biking, skiing, and hiking. It is located near small lakes, rivers, and large Navajo Lake. You can fish, paddleboard, sail, boat, ski, wakeboard, and scuba dive. You can sit on the deck with a hot or cold drink and watch the sunrise, or sunset, and/or enjoy catching sight of many wild animals such as fox, deer, geese, eagles, owls and more.

Wonderful Stay in Pagosa

The condo was perfect with very nice view of open space from back patio which included views of golf course and mountains. Just the right size for my wife and I and our 11 yo grandson. Excellent place to stay.

The condo was very warm, inviting, and clean - and loved the location near open space. Tish was also very responsive to any questions we had. My daughter and I enjoyed a nice 2 day getaway to Pagosa where we skied at Wolf Creek and then enjoyed some time in town as well

I love this property. Its location was peaceful and quiet but easy to get where I wanted to go up to Wolf Creek had everything I needed. It was just awesome.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for 2 nights after being at the Hot Springs resort. It was perfect for the two of us! Spacious, clean and comfy! Trish was a great host - we didn't need to contact her, she sent us the code to get in and everything else went smoothly! Great location, just a mile or so outside of downtown. Beautiful view. Highly recommend!

We had a very nice vacation. The codo was very clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We enjoyed watching hot-air balloons, geese, ducks, deer, chipmunks, and a skunk, all from the living room with a view of the mountains and the pond on the golf course.Our host, Tish, was very patient when answeri g my pre-trip questions and checking during the visit. It is conveniently located so hopefully this condo will be available for our next visit and downtown street construction will be completed. Very happy campers. Thanks Tish!

Great place

We loved our stay. Location is nice - Thai Pagosa and Higher Ground coffee shop right in the area were delicious. We had deer in the open space off the deck one day. Tish put a lot of thought into this place - a welcome gift waiting for us, blankets to cozy up by the fire, motion sensitive light for late night bathroom trips and even a mirror by the front door for a final check before leaving. The Murphy bed was fun too and so easy to put up during the day and have the space back.
