The condo was wonderful and there was even a bonus room in the loft with a king size bed. Very clean and well-kept. The location was ideal and we enjoyed the Hot Springs, nature walks, as well as the local theater, Thingamajig.

Great Time in Pagosa Springs

We really thought the property was great. Just as described. Our area was also very quiet and near everything you would need like groceries, restaurants, gas etc. You could walk if you wanted to. Would recommend.

Great layout!

The property was clean and well appointed. The upstairs loft was a bit warm since no ac vents are accessed, but fans would solve that. All in all we were very pleased.

Nice townhouse

We stayed with our 13 and 14 year old grandsons. They loved the outdoor chess game. The property was clean but the internet did not work most of the time which meant the TV didn’t work. If you need to work, I would not stay in this property, the internet did not work more than it worked.

Also, that you found the property clean and guest-ready.We apologize for the internet issues. We contacted the internet company Zito and they explained that the service was down for everyone on the node servicing our and other condos in the area. The service was fully restored on the 4th. We are sorry for the inconvenience but there was nothing we could do.We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.

Wonderful spring break stay

Our family of 5 stayed here for Spring Break. The condo is in a good location and within walking distance of a coffee shop and a few good restaurants. Walmart and another grocery store are also close by. Check in was simple and seamless. The condo is warm and cozy with very comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we return to Pagosa Springs.

very cute and clean condo unit. great location for quick and easy access to shops and restaurants. i would bring a small fan however for bedrooms if staying in summer as it get a bit stuffy even with air conditioning especially in loft. kitchen well equipped with the exception of a can opener. overall a great unit to stay in and would recommend.

Nice place, need better cleaning services

The location is great, the condo was in good condition. We had issues with the linens. Towels were wet when we arrived, which was odd, as they were hung up regardless. We had to put them back in the dryer. Outside of that, the place was great and very convenient in location to town, grocery stores etc. Had all the needs from plates, pans, cutlery etc.

Nice Condo

Clean, well stocked, comfortable, nice surroundings, close to markets, restaurants, quiet, a/c, so very satisfactory. Only problem is on warm days the main bedroom upstairs becomes quite warm and a/c doesn't get up there. Owner should provide fans.

We stayed with our 13 and 14 year old grandsons. They loved the outdoor chess set. The only negative is that the internet does not work very well. We were without more that we were with internet which meant the TVs did not work. If you need to work or use your computer I would not recommend staying here. It was clean and had what we needed but my husband needed to check on a few things for work and couldn’t.

Spacious condo

Condo was clean and roomy. Could not cool the loft bedroom down enough to sleep, so only used 2 bedrooms downstairs. That was disappointing since our 2 adult sons were with us and I wanted them to have their own room.

Beautiful place, comfortable beds, kitchen supplied with everything needed, fireplace was cozy. One complaint that could’ve had serious impact: there was only one contact listed on the communications, and that person never responded to phone call or email.

Very Enjoyable

The townhouse was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. We appreciated the addition of the portable fan in the upstairs bedroom as it was a bit warm up there. We also appreciated the front porch motion lighting. It went off one night around 10:00. I looked out the front bedroom window and there was a huge bear walking by! We loved seeing several deers grazing in the field outside off the back porch/patio while enjoying our morning coffee.

Wonderful home and location

We stayed at this home for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The location is great, close to stores and restaurants, but also not on the main road, so it was nice and quiet. The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, and completely updated in all bathrooms. The bedding was very comfortable and warm, towels nice and thick, and all necessities were provided. We would definitely return and highly recommend this home!
