Come enjoy Billy The Kid's Casita in this Southwestern gem!!

We give special consideration to our great repeat renters. Welcome to the lovely town of Ruidoso in southwest New Mexico! This hidden gem has so much to offer: mountain lakes, hiking trails, Ski Apache, horse racing, festivals, fishing, and history galore...where outlaws and lawmen alike became legends! Our condo, named for Billy The Kid, is located on the Cree Meadows golf course with easy access to Midtown shops and all Ruidoso has to offer. The condo is surrounded by beautiful scenery with a view of the Sierra Blanca Peak. There's plenty of wildlife to watch, with deer and elk regularly grazing on the fairway and at times wild horses! Completely remodeled in 2023, we offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely kitchen with turquoise cabinets, and a spacious living room with a large adobe fireplace. Enjoy the comfort of this living and dining area, expertly appointed with a variety of southwestern art. A lovely large covered patio porch with original saltillo tile, is yours to enjoy, whether relaxing on the wicker couch and wicker rocking chairs, or eating at the vintage table....you're invited to make time to soak up the amazing weather this part of New Mexico has to offer. Two rockers on the front porch are lovely to sit in and enjoy your morning coffee, catching glimpses of roaming wildlife or the ubiquitous New Mexican hummingbirds in the newly xeriscaped garden. One visit to our condo in this charming village and you will be reminded as to why New Mexico is called 'The Land of Enchantment'!

The host were amazing. They answered all my questions I had. The house was amazing and had everything we could have needed plus some. I enjoyed the outdoor area so much. I sat outside drinking hot chocolate and watching the elk pass through. We will definitely be booking again.

Comfortable and cozy

We very much enjoyed our stay! We spent most of our time on the back patio and enjoying all the deer in the back. The Southwest and Billy the kid theme is super charming, even caught up on his history, very interesting with the available books. This condo is close to downtown, shopping and more. This condo will be placed on my favorites, and we look forward to returning!

If we were going to venture out west, then we wanted a piece of property that truly represented the western culture. Thus this beautiful adobe, 2 bedroom, 2 bath was first choice!

What makes this property unique

Our fantastic outdoor room is created on our large covered patio overlooking the mountains and golf course. It is set up for outdoor dining with grill and table seating 6, as well as a comfortable seating area with TV. It is surrounded by
a half adobe wall with a gate that will open onto the 10th fairway (that often has beautiful wild life grazing).
