We give special consideration to our great repeat renters. Welcome to the lovely town of Ruidoso in southwest New Mexico! This hidden gem has so much to offer: mountain lakes, hiking trails, Ski Apache, horse racing, festivals, fishing, and history galore...where outlaws and lawmen alike became legends! Our condo, named for Billy The Kid, is located on the Cree Meadows golf course with easy access to Midtown shops and all Ruidoso has to offer. The condo is surrounded by beautiful scenery with a view of the Sierra Blanca Peak. There's plenty of wildlife to watch, with deer and elk regularly grazing on the fairway and at times wild horses! Completely remodeled in 2023, we offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely kitchen with turquoise cabinets, and a spacious living room with a large adobe fireplace. Enjoy the comfort of this living and dining area, expertly appointed with a variety of southwestern art. A lovely large covered patio porch with original saltillo tile, is yours to enjoy, whether relaxing on the wicker couch and wicker rocking chairs, or eating at the vintage table....you're invited to make time to soak up the amazing weather this part of New Mexico has to offer. Two rockers on the front porch are lovely to sit in and enjoy your morning coffee, catching glimpses of roaming wildlife or the ubiquitous New Mexican hummingbirds in the newly xeriscaped garden. One visit to our condo in this charming village and you will be reminded as to why New Mexico is called 'The Land of Enchantment'!
