This hidden gem has so much to offer: mountain lakes, hiking trails, Ski Apache, horse racing, festivals, fishing, and history galore...where outlaws and lawmen alike became legends! Our condo, named for Billy The Kid, is located on the Cree Meadows golf course with easy access to Midtown shops and all Ruidoso has to offer. The condo is surrounded by beautiful scenery with a view of the Sierra Blanca Peak. There's plenty of wildlife to watch, with deer and elk regularly grazing on the fairway. Completely remodeled in 2023, we offer two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lovely kitchen with turquoise cabinets, and a spacious living room with a large adobe fireplace. Enjoy the comfort of this living and dining area, expertly appointed with a variety of southwestern art. A lovely large covered patio porch with original saltillo tile, is yours to enjoy, whether relaxing on the wicker couch and wicker rocking chairs, or eating at the vintage table....you're invited to make time to soak up the amazing weather this part of New Mexico has to offer. Two rockers on the front porch are lovely to sit in and enjoy your morning coffee, catching glimpses of roaming wildlife (at times even wild horses) or the ubiquitous New Mexican hummingbirds in the newly xeriscaped garden.
